This project threw up some unique challenges and we are really proud of the whole team’s effort to complete this project. 

We used a range of eco-friendly products thanks to the team at GenEco delivering a statement piece without making a huge impact on the environment. 

We completed this project while keeping the venue operation the whole time. It was critical that the venue remained open throughout construction and the health and safety of staff and patrons were maintained at all times. 

This project was completed during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. We implemented a range of measures to maintain the health and safety of everyone involved and to make sure that we could still complete the project on time. 

This project threw up some unique challenges:

• Working in a live environment, keeping the venue open and operational at all times. 
• Building during COVID-19, continuing construction under lockdown and implementing measures to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders.
• working with eco-friendly materials thanks to the team at Gen-Eco. 
• Overcoming challenges of an old building.
