Refurbishment of the ground level of the All-Hallows library was completed within a live environment. Extremely restricted access through the city requiring considerable consideration for the school including staff and children during the demolition phase. Intricate architectural bulkheads and joinery meant special consideration was required in selection of contracting to ensure the highest quality workmanship was achieved.
