Founded in 1976 by Peter Fardoulys, Fardoulys Constructions is an independent, family owned, building and construction company. Since opening our doors, Fardoulys Constructions has been involved in many of Queensland’s significantconstruction and development projects.

Opened in March 2020, Alzheimer’s Queensland’s bespoke residential facility, McNally House, Brisbane, combines cutting-edge design principles with an enviable lifestyle for those requiring high level dementia care, aged care and access to their wellness programs.
Bathed in natural sunlight from over-sized windows, McNally House seamlessly connects internal spaces with beautifully appointed external courtyards and entertainment areas. Each level has been designed in adherence with the AQ philosophy of promoting choice, minimising confusion, protecting residents competencies and maximising the independence of the residents.
A new 2 storey accommodation building for 32 residents including basement carparking. Each resident room is high care including private ensuite & nurse call facilities. The construction site was restricted and bound closely on all sides.
