Founded in 1976 by Peter Fardoulys, Fardoulys Constructions is an independent, family owned, building and construction company. Since opening our doors, Fardoulys Constructions has been involved in many of Queensland’s significantconstruction and development projects.

We used a range of eco-friendly products thanks to the team at GenEco delivering a statement piece without making a huge impact on the environment.
We completed this project while keeping the venue operation the whole time. It was critical that the venue remained open throughout construction and the health and safety of staff and patrons were maintained at all times.
This project was completed during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. We implemented a range of measures to maintain the health and safety of everyone involved and to make sure that we could still complete the project on time.
The Lions Club project included; A two level carpark & café and wide bar, new entry & drop off, reception, sports bar, restaurant & alfresco dining area. Kitchen fit-out, gaming area extension & board room.
The Norths Leagues Club project included; Sports Bar, Café, Reception, Offices, Function Room, Gaming, Bistro, Bistro Terrace. The works were completed over 2 separable portions with the club remaining trading throughout.
Sitting on McCullough Street, Sunnybank Hotel sits in the very heart of Sunnybank located in Brisbane’s south. A 30 minute drive from the shores of Cleveland and Victoria Point, and only 15 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, Sunnybank Hotel has been serving locals and visitors for years.
